Q. I am seeking recommendations from the Advisory Panelists on how to resolve the issue of technicians in the field purchasing parts and then not reporting that purchase to operations.We often don't even know something was purchased until a past due statement turns up with invoices we do not have a PO for.We require PO's for vendors to allow a purchase, however, when techs are on the road and walking into random store fronts that have a revolving door of register workers, they often get what…
