Vendor with two W-9 forms

Q. A vendor submitted two W-9 forms -- one had the parent company name only; the second had the parent company with a DBA name on line 2 -- but both used the same EIN# and both stipulated as partnership.
My question is this: When I pull my 1099 reports in January, will it pull payments to both vendors on one report as long as I use the same proprietor name on each profile, or will it create two separate forms?
