Outsourcing Receivables

Paul Catalano's outsourcing business was born more than 20 years ago when another company realized it had 150,000 pages of accounts receivables - as paper documents - and needed some help. Catalano sent three people to Chicago, and they convinced the client they could handle all of the accounts receivables.
