Silencing that Telephone, Eliminating Those E-mails!

It’s a vendor wanting to know if AP has received their invoice. You take the time to look it up, and 95 percent of the time it is somewhere in the process. Perhaps AP is simply waiting for the due date to arrive. Some vendors seem to initiate contact with AP the minute they release their invoice—even if they had only recently dropped it into the mail.
