On-demand Webinar | Free

Finance departments are rapidly moving from basic automation to agentic AI systems that make independent decisions: approving invoices, flagging fraud, and optimizing payments. While this promises efficiency gains, it introduces risks most finance leaders aren’t equipped to manage. This webinar provides a practical blueprint for building governance frameworks that enable safe AI adoption while maintaining board-level control and accountability. You’ll learn how to:

  • Build a three-pillar AI risk framework that establishes data protocols to ensure AI integrity.
  • Identify and mitigate shadow AI by assessing risk levels and prioritizing action items
  • Create fast-track approval processes and acceptable use policies
