Tuesday, September 2, 2025 | 2:00pm-3:00pm Eastern Time | Free Webinar

A major Nacha rule going into effect in June 2026 will require all ACH Originators to establish and implement risk-based procedures to detect credit push payment fraud. Finance leaders must take action now to ensure compliance, safeguard corporate cash flow, and protect vendor relationships from fraud-induced disruptions.

In this live virtual event, we’ll explain the new Rule, why relying on historic performance or low fraud rates won’t meet the standard, and what minimum compliance looks like. You’ll also learn the specific actions finance must take, including conducting a risk assessment, defining red flags, and ensuring internal systems respond appropriately to suspicious transactions.

Why Attend:

  • Understand your new compliance obligation. What does the Nacha Rule require of finance teams, and why is risk-based monitoring now mandatory, not optional?
  • Avoid audit surprises. With a clear plan for ACH fraud risk mitigation, you can get ahead of evolving expectations from regulators and internal audit teams.
  • Safeguard your organization’s cash flow. Discover how proactive fraud controls can prevent losses like the ones you read about in the paper every day, before they hit your balance sheet.
