As the new P2P Transformation Director, Jennifer is now 100% focused on looking for ways to boost payment speed and accuracy across the company’s Procure-to-Pay process.

Jennifer has overseen numerous automation initiatives in her career and enjoys speaking to AP professionals about how to identify and implement solutions for process gaps, leverage technology to drive efficiencies and proactively engage project stakeholders. Until recently, Jennifer was the Shared Services Accounts Payable Director at the multi-billion-dollar foodservice distributor, Sysco.  She was responsible for invoice processing, supplier receivables & claims management, supplier inquiries and payments for 81 Sysco entities. Previous project experience includes implementing a supplier portal, automating supplier rebates, utilizing robotic process automation (RPA) to drive efficiencies and managing front office and back office global teams. She enjoys working with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies in a rapidly changing environment.

Jennifer moved into a newly created position within Sysco in 2020 as PTP Transformation Director. In her new role, she helps identify and drive efficiencies in Sysco’s AP process as a full-time job. She also looks for opportunities to network with others and understand how other companies have overcome challenges, while sharing her own experiences.
