Over the past 26 years, Mark has established himself as a thought leader on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments and document automation. A popular speaker at industry conferences and on webinars and podcasts, Brousseau advises prominent end-users and service providers on how to use automation to improve document and payment driven business processes. Brousseau has chaired numerous educational conferences and has served on several industry committees and boards. He resides in Center City Philadelphia with his wife and three sons.


Stephanie Ryan
Senior Services Sales Manager, Basware

Stephanie brings nearly 20 years’ experience in finance and operations having held roles as a financial analyst, financial controls supervisor, sales operations manager, and as an AP shared services director, where she was responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable functions for all operating companies within her organization. She was a part of the team that implemented Basware (P2P) in this organization and served as the system administrator for the solution. Since October 2018, she was a solution consultant partnering with the sales team, where she demonstrated the solution to prospective clients and was able to speak to challenges these prospects faced and how Basware can address them. In March 2021, she accepted the role of Senior Services Sales Manager, where she will continue to support prospects with a different lens – the Customer Success perspective.

Stephanie served in the US Army (active duty) as an intelligence analyst and Korean linguist. She lives in Woodbury, MN, with her husband (Joe) and son (Logan, age 16), but also has a son (Jack, age 21) serving in the US Army as a UAV pilot.


Anand Misra
Director of Product & Partner Marketing, Tipalti

Anand Misra is Director of Product and Partner Marketing at Tipalti where he is responsible for driving messaging, positioning and product launches. Prior to Tipalti, he was the Director of Product Marketing at Oracle NetSuite. Anand has over 17 year’s experience in product marketing and product management. Anand has helped launch multiple new products over the years. Prior to joining Oracle NetSuite, Anand was a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at ADP. His work experience also includes roles at Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer and a few start-ups. Anand has a BS in Biology and MBA in Finance.


Byron Biggins
Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Nvoicepay

As Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, he builds partnerships with ERPs, banks, consultancies, and invoice automation providers. Byron has over 17 years of business development experience across a range of technology providers. Prior to Nvoicepay, a FLEETCOR company, he was Director of Business Development at Recurly, Head of Partnerships at Kissmetrics, and Senior Director of Alliances at ForeSee.

Byron earned an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and a BS in Management Science from UC San Diego.


Reggie Twigg
Director, Automation Solutions and Product Marketing, Digital Enterprise, ABBYY

With a research background in Communication Theory, including Semiotics, Linguistics, and Speech Pathology, Reginald Twigg has been in Enterprise Software for the past two decades focusing on automating document processing applications (specifically, Capture and Enterprise Content Management - ECM) with emerging technologies. Developing the earliest natural language processing (NLP) applications for ECM, later with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI, ML), has led their introduction into Document Imaging and Capture while at FileNet and IBM. Now at ABBYY, a leader in intelligent document processing, he currently manages its Document Capture business.
