When it comes to starting your journey to a fully automated procure-to-pay (P2P) destination, it can be easy to think that it makes the most sense to start at the beginning – procurement. But in all reality, it’s been proven to be quite the opposite. Starting with Accounts Payable (AP) automation can actually provide lower risk, quicker ROI, and improved data management and financial control.

Join our webinar with Sam Mele, SVP of Sales at Basware, and Mark Brousseau of IOFM. During our time, we’ll review why you should start your automation journey with AP and how in doing so you can tackle 3 main challenges facing finance departments:

  • The current and future labor market (both its shortage and remote-first focus)
  • Macro-economic headwinds
  • And the ongoing supply crunch
