As analytics transform industries at a quickening pace, the strategies and organizational cultures of leading companies offer a road map for success.

In 2020 alone, users created over 2.65 quintillion bits of data per day. And this figure is only growing. While the pace and scale of data increases, your organization might find itself in a position of being data-rich but time-poor.

So how can you leverage this newfound wealth to improve adaptability, cash flow, and the employee experience?

Mark Brousseau will share how finance departments can utilize data to become a strategic asset and how smart automation helps achieve these goals. He’ll be joined by Vanessa Jong, Assistant Controller at Little Potato Company, and Carla Minsky, VP of Strategic & Client Sales at Emburse for a lively session discussing real-world examples of how to successfully apply analytics.

In 60 minutes, we’ll show you:

  • How Little Potato Company created company-wide efficiencies by leveraging their data
  • The difference between analytics and traditional reporting
  • Six crucial reports that shouldn't be more than a few clicks away
  • Practical ways analytics help reimagine the back office
  • Data-backed strategies to reduce costs and enhance productivity
