Milliken’s Shared Services team has faced a continual trend of acquisitions and business expansion. From the lens of Accounts Payable, this means additional suppliers, increased invoice volumes, and multiple vendor masters to integrate. So, what is the secret sauce to managing lots of change while maintaining strong compliance and timely payment results? Data.

Hear Mike Howell, Regional Director of Financial Shared Services with Milliken talk about how his AP processes produce a wealth of data essential to decision-making. With 34+ years in accounting, Mike has witnessed the shift from transactional metrics to a heightened focus on ways AP can enable business change. The value of Accounts Payable is no longer simply measured by transaction counts and processing efficiency. Mike relies on his AP team to provide insights on risks and opportunities as stewards of the business’s cash.

Join us for this live interview to learn how to use AP data to:

  • Detect and prevent duplicate payments
  • Reduce risk through proactive vendor master management
  • Increase P-Card fraud controls

Don’t miss the opportunity to listen to Mike discuss his experiences and ask the questions that can guide your journey.
