On-demand Webinar | Free

In her ten years at The Mosaic Company, Laureen Stephens, currently EBS/North America Shared Services Accounts Payable Manager, has focused on improving processes and controls in procure-to-pay.  Part of her strategy is to bring apexanalytix in to conduct a recovery audit.  “You find what we don’t catch,” says Laureen - over $3M to date.  Laureen also relies on the detailed reporting from the recovery audit process to help identify the control gaps that are causing the errors – in areas like pricing errors, returns, material POs, service POs, and more.

Tune in to this webinar and learn:

  • How errors occur in the normal course of running a $12.4B mineral production business.
  • Why Mosaic shifted from an internal supplier statement reconciliation process to a third-party recovery audit.
  • How Laureen manages the time and effort of the Mosaic side of the recovery audit partnership.

The webinar will be co-presented with Pete Erdner, apexanalytix Vice President, Commercial Operations.
