Senior Trainer, IOFM

Judy Bicking, APM; is a Senior Trainer for IOFM and a 27-year veteran of Johnson & Johnson.  Judy is a recognized pioneer and leader in Procure-to-Pay and Credit Management. After a successful career in AR and AP management, Judy lead the development and implementation of J&J’s two Shared Service Centers; located in the U.S and Europe.  These shared services are recognized as World-Class handling over 200 decentralized companies and 2.5 million invoices.  Judy also championed training for her staff, investing in the team earning the IOFM’s first AP Departmental Certification designation. Judy is a globally sought-after subject matter expert, trainer, and speaker. She has authored and helped develop the IOFM’s AP online learning center and is a co-founder and SME for the IOFM AP Certification program.


Troy Hupp, APPSC
Director of Client Success, DataServ

Troy champions the success of DataServ clients by partnering with them to deliver automation solutions to their respective organizations. As the Director of Client Success, Troy is responsible for the Initialization, Solution Delivery, Account Management, and Client Support teams at DataServ. Troy’s 25-year career in the B2B space is built on his passion around client service combined with technical knowledge and project management. Troy’s most recent experience at Equifax included product, marketing, implementation, and client success roles on a global scale for SaaS solutions in the Human Resources marketplace. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Mathematics, has earned a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, and is Agile certified. Troy, a former professional baseball player and avid Ohio State fan, enjoys CrossFit and being involved in his 4 children’s athletics and activities. Troy and his wife and children reside in St. Louis.


Jamey Biegener, APPSC
Director of Product, DataServ

Jamey is responsible for strategically designing and guiding the product vision and roadmap for DataServ solutions. Since joining the DataServ team in 2004, Jamey has developed a deep understanding of the technology behind the DataServ platform and serves as a liaison to the marketplace, bringing the voice of our users to product decisions. She is certified by the Institute of Finance & Management as a P2P solutions consultant and has completed the Product Management Certificate Program from the University of California, Berkeley, where she mastered customer-focused design and frameworks. Jamey has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She lives in O’Fallon with her husband and three children.
