Touchless in Motion: How RPI Is Reimagining AP with AppZen

In this session, Jill Quiñones, Director of Finance Applications & Systems Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), will share how RPI is building a smarter accounts payable operation with AppZen. From early success with Autonomous AP to the addition of AP Inbox, RPI has improved how invoices and payment inquiries are received, routed, and managed across the organization.

The conversation will explore how automation helped replace manual intake processes, improve visibility into invoice status, reduce duplicate and misrouted submissions, and strengthen communication with both suppliers and campus stakeholders. Jill will also share how these improvements are helping RPI increase efficiency today while laying the groundwork for a more touchless AP process over time.
